GIZ is the German government's international development agency. We partnered to conduct a two-day forum connecting job seekers directly to companies.
What We Did
The Kurdistan Inclusivity Business and Employability Forum (KIBEF) brought 50 private-sector companies into one room alongside 230 job opportunities.
What Resulted
230 job opportunities and 50 companies engaged over two days. Through KIBEF we also funded three top-performing small businesses outright.
