Who We Work With
Ministry of Youth Affairs
Source of the Lamea leadership model, replicated in Kurdistan as Ganjina. The visit also opened our route into the Hope Network.
Hope Network
Bahrain-led global network for youth empowerment. KF exchanges policy and practice and holds a seat on the King Hamad Award jury.
QatarDebate
Brought structured debate to the Region as Kurdistan Debate, with judges certified locally and students sent to compete in Doha.
GIZ
Co-delivered KIBEF, a two-day inclusive employability forum linking returnees and people with special needs directly to employers.
Falling Walls
Hosted a Falling Walls Lab in Kurdistan and backed two young innovators to present their ideas on the Berlin stage.
Cambridge Educational Services
Develops teachers in pedagogy and English language, and funds ten full scholarships to international education.
UN Volunteers
KF delivers the International Year of Volunteers locally through Volunteer.KRD's 30,000-strong volunteer network.

Lamea (Bahrain)
Lamea selects roughly Bahrain's top 1% of young achievers and prepares them to lead its major sectors. We rebuilt it here as Ganjina — inspiring stories of young Kurds, published as role models.
QatarDebate
QatarDebate, part of Qatar Foundation, is the region's leading debate institution. Its programme now runs here as Kurdistan Debate — two rounds in 2025 and 2026, with judges certified locally.
Falling Walls Lab
Falling Walls gives early-career innovators three minutes to argue which barrier should fall next. KF hosted a Lab in Kurdistan under the same format and standard used worldwide.
Cambridge Educational Services
Cambridge Educational Services develops our teachers in pedagogy and English, and funds ten full scholarships. Teachers set the ceiling for every cohort that follows.
2 debaters in Doha
Two Kurdistan Debate students competed at the international debate hosted by QatarDebate in Qatar. One was selected as 2nd best speaker in the Open Dialogue category.
3 innovators in Berlin
The three strongest innovators from the Kurdistan Falling Walls Lab were supported to take their innovations to the international stage, presenting to a global jury.
Pilot training in Greece
Ahmed Kareem, a top-performing student, was awarded a scholarship to study piloting in Greece — a full professional pathway abroad rather than a short course.
Volunteer exchange in China
Top-performing volunteers from Volunteer.KRD's 30,000-strong network were sent on an exchange programme in China, then returned into the network as leaders.
World Economic Forum, Davos
KF took part in Kurdistan House alongside the WEF, 19–23 January 2026, carrying the Belong, Build and Become pillars onto a global platform, with bilateral meetings at UAE and FBMI level.
World Governments Summit, Dubai
KF's Founder spoke on a panel before an audience of 35+ heads of state, 150 governments and 500 ministers, then launched a leadership programme to open that access to Kurdish youth.
Hope Network jury seat
Through active participation in the 44-country Hope Network, KF's Director was nominated to the jury panel judging applications for the King Hamad Award ceremony.
UN International Year of Volunteers
KF delivers IVY 2026 nationally through Volunteer.KRD, channelling the network into emergency response, climate action, education and community resilience.
